INITIAL ORDERS 30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE - Members can return their Initial Order for 100% refund minus the shipping fee and a $3.00 restocking fee.  Members are responsible to pay the shipping fee back to the warehouse.

• If the initial order is refunded the Members account will be "Suspended"

EXTENDED RETURN POLICY - Members can return their last 2 subsequent orders as long as they are undamaged, unopened and still have 6 months left before the product expires.  There is a 15% restocking fee, the Member must pay for shipping back to the warehouse.

RETURN PROCEDURES

1. Verify which order the Member wants to return.
2. Determine what kind of refund we will be offering (Initial Order or Subsequent Order)
3. Instruct the customer that they will need to ship back the product.
4. Instruct the customer to write the order number on the outside of the box.
   
5. Provide them with the warehouse's address. 3581 Mountain Vista Pkwy, Provo 84606.  
6. Advise the customer to get a tracking number and call support back and provide it to us.
   
7. When customer calls back in with the tracking number enter a service log note.
8. Let the customer know that it will be 5 - 7 business days after the product is received back to the warehouse.
9. Refund must be returned to the same method of purchase.
