What is NFR?

NFR stands for “Not for Resale” which means that we can ship products to the market for personal consumption.

Does this mean these markets are open?

We are not officially open in these markets, but we are able to ship products into these markets. Accounts will still need to enroll in the markets we are currently open in.

What is the price for StemActive?

Since products are shipping from the United States, all prices remain in US Dollar.

Taiwan: $150 USD (includes handling, shipping fees, duties & taxes)

Hong Kong: $145 USD (includes handling & shipping fees)

Why are the prices different for these markets?

The prices for these markets are all inclusive pricing meaning that the total price includes shipping, taxes and duties. Taiwan customs requires duties and taxes, Hong Kong does not. All volume is the same as US pricing.

How long will shipments take to deliver?

Hong Kong: 7-12 business days

Taiwan: 7-12 business days

How do I enroll someone with a Taiwan or Hong Kong address?

When your start the enrollment process, select Taiwan or Hong Kong as the shipping address.

How do I place an order or subscription order?

In your Team Dashboard, shop under the TAIWAN or HONG KONG category and select the product you want to purchase.
